As actor and singer he has worked extensively with the Royal Shakespeare Company, in the West End, on TV and radio. He has recorded over 40 classic novels for Naxos AudioBooks and other labels (see reviews)

Poet

Bill Homewood’s writing credits include THEATRICAL LETTERS (Marginalia Press 1995) and two collections of his own poetry: UNDER THE BLUE (Mimosa Books 2015) and POÉSIES (Mimosa Books 2017) as well as innumerable commissioned screenplays, stage plays, articles and poems. He has given poetry workshops for the Poetry Society and poetry recitals at most major festivals worldwide. He has twice held the Eminent Chair in Theatre Studies at Florida Atlantic University, and has been made Honorary Citizen of Austin, Texas.

Bill and his wife, actress Estelle Kohler, live in the South of France with their horses and dogs.
